Progamme Overview
The Brown-Forman Graduate Development Programme, spans 24-months and offers successful candidates the opportunity to spend periods of time in marketing, sales, finance, human resources and general management. Successful candidates will be based in London, but there may be opportunities to work for short periods in our local European offices.

London Office
Brown-Forman has had a base in London for the last 30 years. Today, there are currently approximately 60 people in our Central London office working across multiple disciplines including Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Government Relations and Travel Retail. Responsibilities are often regional, and employees with multi-regional jobs primarily manage countries in Western Europe and Africa.
