My Job
Responsible for the quality of final wine blends, packaging materials and finished product, scheduling work and directing coaching activities for the Quality Department, maintaining the plant’s ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, maintaining the Housekeeping and Sanitation program, addressing consumer complaints, member of the Safety Committee.
My Motivation
I love my job and the company I work for. The values of the company match very closely my own values. The work I do is very interesting. I learn new things every day. I like the diversity of people that I work with and my management team has always been supportive of my development.
My Contribution
I am a fan of our products. Whenever I have the chance, I introduce my friends to our brands. I try to learn about all the brands, so that when someone asks me about a specific brand I can respond with a sense of pride and provide facts about the brand.

B-F has given me opportunities to learn about many different phases of the business. I have had the chance to attend external courses and participated in trainings provided within the company that have helped me grow in both the professional and personal levels. I have also had the opportunity to interact with very knowledgeable people who are willing to share their wisdom and have learned a lot from them.
