My Job

My role is Director of Strategy & Analysis for the North American Region. My role is two-fold.  From the strategy part of my role, I work closely with our leadership team to shape priorities & direction in order to keep our business healthy and growing.  From the analysis side of my role, my teams provide support to the brand teams to help make the many pricing, resource allocation, and initiative decisions required to build the brands.

My Motivation

The many challenges that need to be addressed to keep the brands and our & business healthy, and my fellow employees.

My Contribution

Both with allocating resources, and developing insights to improve the profitability of the brands and business.

What I Enjoy About Brown-Forman

The people and the industry.  In my five years, I have worked with a passionate, dedicated, talented….and fun group of people.  This is also an intriguing and challenging industry that is full of opportunities.
