Mark McCallum is executive vice president - president Europe/Africa/Asia Pacific/Travel Retail, for Brown-Forman Corporation. He also serves on Brown-Forman's Executive Leadership Team.
McCallum joined Brown-Forman in 2003 as chief marketing officer for its spirits brands and in 2006, he was promoted to chief brands officer, responsible for the global brand development and marketing for all of the company's spirits and wines brands. His most recent position was chief operating officer.
McCallum has more than 25 years of experience in general management, marketing, sales and operations in both domestic and international markets.
Prior to Brown-Forman, McCallum served as Executive Vice President, Marketing for Darden Restaurant's Red Lobster business.
In addition, he has also served as President, North America, and President, Grocery Division of Vlasic Foods International, Inc. Before that, he served ten years at Campbell Soup Company as General Manager of Campbell Soup Australia/New Zealand, Managing Director of Campbell Soup Asia-Pacific, and Vice President of Marketing, Prepared Foods Group-USA.
McCallum began his career at General Foods/Cadbury Schweppes, PLC, in Australia working for 15 years in various capacities which include Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager, Brand Manager, and Vice President Marketing, Food Division.
McCallum has a bachelor's in food science from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. He and his wife have three children.
