Louisville, KY, January 24, 2012 – Brown-Forman’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 cents per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on March 5, 2012 will receive the cash dividend on April 2, 2012.
Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 66 consecutive years and is part of the prestigious Standard & Poor’s 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index which is comprised of an elite list of only 51 companies that have consistently increased their cash dividend every year for over 25 years.
