Diane Nguyen is executive vice president, chief people and communications officer. Diane has served on the Executive Leadership Team since 2024.

Diane most recently served as senior vice president, human resources director for our global commercial and corporate teams.

During her 16-year career at Brown‑Forman, Diane has served in a variety of roles providing human resource business partnership to Brown‑Forman’s businesses globally for commercial teams in North America, Europe, Emerging International, corporate functions, and previously, Global Supply Chain.

Before joining Brown‑Forman, Diane held human resource roles at Colgate-Palmolive, Homecare and Hospital Management, Aero Fulfillment Services, and United Bancorp of Kentucky.

Diane serves on the board of directors for Dare to Care in Louisville.

She earned her MBA from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University majoring in management and marketing.

Diane lives in Louisville with her husband and two children.
