Inspired by the crescent beach of Sandend Bay, Glenglassaugh Sandend is matured in bourbon, sherry and manzanilla casks for luscious waves of flavour.
Our neighbouring harbour village of Portsoy inspires the deep maritime flavour of this richly peated single malt, matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks.
Taking its name from the precious serpentine marble found in the cliffs surrounding Glenglassaugh Distillery, The Serpentine Coastal Cask Collection includes exceptional casks over 48 Years old, hand selected by Master Blender Rachel Barrie. As is synonymous with all Glenglassaugh expressions, the spirit is shaped by influences of land and sea. Each cask presents an exceptional sensory experience, reflecting different facets of the distillery’s coastal character and provenance.
